We hebben een houtskeletbouwpakket ontwikkeld, speciaal voor mensen die zelf een huis willen bouwen of een gedeeltelijk afgewerkte woning verlangen. Deze optie biedt kostenefficiëntie, maar vraagt wel om bepaalde vaardigheden om het af te werken.

 

In onze state-of-the-art timmerfabriek in Litouwen bereiden we alle benodigde houtskeletbouwdelen zorgvuldig voor. Deze worden gemarkeerd en verpakt als een echt bouwpakket. Het gebruikte hout is van hoogwaardige kwaliteit, constructief en gecertificeerd, waardoor je verzekerd bent van duurzaamheid en betrouwbaarheid. 

 

Gemarkeerde onderdelen worden op de bouwplaats op hun plek gezet en samengevoegd om een muur-, plafond- of dakstructuur te vormen.

Unlike prefabricated houses, the quality of construction of wooden frame houses depends mostly on the skills and experience of the craftsman and partly on the weather conditions.

 

For a team of experienced craftsmens, timber framework of the exterior walls of a typical one-story house can be assembled in just a few days, and the interior walls also require several days. The working time is affected by the working surface and weather conditions, because not only nails or screws are used to connect individual parts, but also adhesives, which requires non-rainy days.

 

Heavy equipment is relatively unnecessary for the assembly and construction of structures, because everything is made of high-quality, dried, calibrated and certified wood, which is accurate and light. Overlay and roof structure parts can also be assembled without heavy machinery, depending on each project. Of course, this requires additional equipment such as working scaffolding.

 

When carrying out the work of assembling pre-cut timber frame of the house at the construction site, diligence is required in joining the pre-cut parts into a single plane and joining them in the right places piece by piece.
